Armed with a Master’s degree in Architecture and extensive field experience in high-performance building engineering, Chief Engineer J. Logan recognized that true project success required a holistic approach—establishing the firm to champion Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).
Today, under the leadership of CEO and Director J. Logan Jr., the firm has transformed from a regional leader into a global powerhouse of Climate-Adaptive Architecture. Having grown up in the shadow of his father’s pioneering work, Logan Jr. possesses a native understanding of the firm’s core DNA. While his father focused on the “how” of construction, Logan Jr. has expanded the “why”—integrating advanced AI-driven thermal modeling, carbon-sequestering materials, and utility-scale solar integration into the firm’s signature high-performance designs.
